IT Support Specialist, Data Center Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
• Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment subject to weight limits per regulations.
• Work rotating shifts (morning/late/night) including weekends to maintain a 24/7 data center environment.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to respond to off‑duty emergency calls.
