Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support across various environments

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 environments
• Experience with Active Directory user account management
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
• Ability to provide remote and onsite support
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) for relevant roles
