IT System Administrator (f/m/d)

In this role you manage and evolve Linux-based infrastructure and own operational information security topics. You’ll support a wide range of IT challenges while improving processes to scale our user base. You will drive automation and IaC to boost reliability and efficiency, working with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment. • Manage Linux systems as the backbone of the infrastructure
• Own operational information security topics (endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, IDS, SIEM)
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support across diverse IT challenges
• Develop and optimize IT processes to support growth
• Drive automation and configuration management (IaC)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile methods (Kanban/Scrum)

• Several years of Linux system administration experience
• Strong background in operational information security
• Experience with 2nd and 3rd level support
• Solid understanding of computer networks and common protocols (DNS, DHCP, IP, NTP, SSH)
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing IT processes
• Skills in automation and configuration management (IaC)
