Setup, optimization, and monitoring of M365 solutions (TEAMS, etc.)
Administration of servers and network infrastructure
Analysis and further development of existing IT security systems and policies
Global configuration and administration of printing systems
Monitoring the system landscape
Planning and implementation of changes to the systems under management
Contributing to the strategic development of the IT infrastructure
Troubleshooting in 2nd- and 3rd-level support

Your profile

A degree in computer science or a comparable field, along with professional experience
Very good knowledge of IT security solutions and the requirements placed on them by current threat landscapes
Excellent knowledge and experience in the design, configuration, and administration of multi-tier, service-oriented IT environments
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server
Customer-oriented service attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and a friendly, outgoing personality
Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
