Do you enjoy managing existing and new customers and want to become part of a dynamic Berlin-based IT systems company, driving customer relationships forward with your dedication?

Your responsibilities at a glance

• Advising and supporting our existing and new clients—by phone, video, and on-site
• No cold calling (!)
• Preparing customized quotes and consistently following up on them
• Actively participating in managing existing clients and building new client relationships
• You’ll be the link between technology and the client, coordinating the successful implementation of projects

What sets you apart

• Experience in the IT system house business – this is the most important requirement for us
• Your practical experience in a system house is more important to us than formal degrees – expertise is what matters
• You are familiar with current Microsoft products from a sales perspective
• You have a technical aptitude and experience in selling IT solutions and products
• You enjoy direct customer contact and seeing solutions rather than problems
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
