IT- und Digital Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the stable operation and strategic development of our digital system landscape.
• You support and optimize our central platforms and systems (e.g. Business Central, Microsoft 365, learning platform) together with our service providers.
• You digitalize and automate internal processes and introduce structured, cloud-based working methods.
• You manage external IT service providers and act as the central interface between business units, management, and IT partners.
• You analyze requirements, select suitable digital solutions and implement them independently.
• You ensure IT security, data protection, and system stability.
• You are responsible for monitoring, reporting, support management, and documentation of central systems.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in IT, a vocational qualification, or several years of solid practical experience in the IT/digital field.
• You have very strong Microsoft 365 skills (SharePoint, Teams) and bring reliable cloud expertise; you can assess Azure and Dynamics 365 Business Central from a technical perspective.
• You master complex system landscapes and consistently think in terms of interfaces and dependencies.
• You have a solid foundation in IT operations and IT security (authorization concepts, hosting/server basics, data security).
• You think end‑to‑end, prioritize clearly, and pragmatically bring together technology, business units, and management.
