Our team manages several large-scale B2B claims projects across Europe. unilegion combines legal operations, client communication and data-supported claims management to help businesses access justice without having to pursue complex claims on their own.

The Italian market:

We are expanding our Italian market activities across several current and upcoming B2B claims projects. One important project concerns potential damages claims relating to the European end-of-life vehicle (ELV) recycling cartel, which affected automotive dismantling and recycling businesses. Other projects may concern different sectors, companies and competition law infringements.

The exact eligibility, scope and potential value of a claim depend on the individual business, the relevant project and the available information and documentation. The specific projects assigned to you will depend on current business priorities and your experience.

Your role:

As an Italian-speaking B2B Sales Manager, you will be a key point of contact for businesses in Italy that may be affected by one or more of our claims projects. You will introduce the relevant project, explain the participation process in clear and accurate language, qualify interest and guide potential participants through the next steps.

This is a consultative sales role across multiple industries. You will not provide legal advice or promise a specific outcome. Legal, technical and case-specific questions will be handled together with our internal team and external legal partners.

Compiti

• Conduct outbound calls to Italian businesses in sectors relevant to our current claims projects.
• Introduce unilegion and explain the relevant project in a clear, professional and compliant manner.
• Identify relevant businesses, understand their situation and assess their level of interest.
• Explain the participation model, the process and the next steps without making unsupported promises about eligibility, claim value or outcome.
• Follow up with interested businesses by phone and email.
• Support prospects through registration, contract review and the document-collection process.
• Answer initial questions and ensure that legal or complex questions are escalated to the appropriate internal contact.
• Build trust-based relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Keep conversation minutes, follow-ups and next steps accurately in the CRM system.
• Share market feedback, recurring objections and relevant insights from Italian businesses with the project team.

Requisiti

• Native-level Italian and excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, customer acquisition or account management, ideally in a consultative, relationship-based environment.
• The ability to explain complex topics simply and convincingly.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers by phone.
• A professional, trustworthy and service-oriented communication style.
• Persistence and resilience when dealing with rejection and longer decision cycles.
• Strong self-organisation and the ability to manage follow-ups reliably in a remote setting.
• Experience with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
• The ability to work in English with an international team; German is an advantage but not required.
