IT/OT Security Manager

In this role you will lead IT/OT security governance across KRITIS environments to strengthen resilience and compliance. You will coordinate with engineering, production and IT teams to secure complex, large-scale operations and ensure alignment with international standards. You will drive risk management, audits and incident response to protect critical industrial processes. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position in a stable, global engineering organisation with a clear path for progression.

• Develop and maintain IT/OT security governance aligned with ISO27001 and IEC62443
• Manage NIS2 and KRITIS compliance across industrial environments
• Oversee risk management, audits and security control frameworks (including BSI)
• Support incident response and vulnerability management across IT and OT systems
• Collaborate with engineering, production and IT teams across multiple sites

• C1+ German and strong English skills
• Experience in IT/OT cybersecurity within industrial or KRITIS environments
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and KRITIS requirements
• Experience working with OT systems and industrial control environments
• Confident engaging with technical and senior stakeholders
