You’ll work on modern, cloud-ready platforms in a hands-on backend role with the flexibility to shape your path — whether that’s into architecture, leadership, or deep individual contribution.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build backend services in Java/Kotlin using modern frameworks
• Lead architecture discussions and drive high-level technical decisions
• Collaborate across teams on performance, scalability, and security
• Mentor junior engineers and help define clean coding practices
• Contribute to a strategic redesign of global cash management platforms

Tech stack: Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL, Oracle, Microservices, GCP, Linux, Maven, OpenAPI

What you bring:

• Deep experience with Java or Kotlin in backend systems
• Strong grasp of scalable microservice architectures and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)
• Excellent SQL and RDBMS knowledge
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and mentoring experience
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
