Your Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategic goals.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and write detailed product specifications (user stories, use cases, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and ensuring a user-centric approach throughout the product development process.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to continuously improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• A passion for technology and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus.
