Jointer Manager

In this role you support installation operations and project teams across international sites, helping to grow the jointer function within NKT. You will bridge installation, projects and service, coordinating resources, training and improvement initiatives. You contribute to planning, digitalisation efforts and KPI reporting while safeguarding safety and quality. You will work in an international setting with cross-functional stakeholders, shaping how installation services scale and evolve.

• Coordinate collaboration between installation and project organisations
• Manage and support approximately 20 to 30 travelling jointers
• Plan and coordinate training activities, onboarding programmes and career paths
• Implement improvement and digitalisation projects
• Provide KPI reporting and support resource and workforce planning
• Report to the Head of Installation Services
• Regular travel to construction sites, customer visits and internal meetings

• More than three years of relevant professional experience
• Experience managing and supporting employees
• Experience in resource planning and coordination
• Experience in project management and improvement initiatives
• A completed vocational qualification in a recognised trade with an additional two-year specialist qualification
