Junior Accountant Accounts Payables *limited 24 months*

YOUR MISSION

• Review, verify, code, and post incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable tax regulations
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
• Execute, monitor, and support payment runs
• Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts
• Handle supplier inquiries and manage reminder notices
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare reports, analyses, and financial reconciliations
• Contribute to the optimization and automation of finance and accounts payable processes
• Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to internal control requirements.

YOUR TALENT

• Completed training as an accountant
• Relevant experience in Finance & Accounting is desirable; applications from recent graduates are welcome.
• Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Independent work and structured way of working
• High commitment and flexibility, service-oriented, reliable, team player
