What You’ll Do

As a Junior Accountant , you’ll be a critical part of the finance engine, helping keep everything running smoothly from end to end.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Issue invoices precisely, aligned with contracts and guidelines.
  • Log payments and reconcile bank entries.
  • Track overdue accounts, send reminders, and support dispute resolution.
  • Correct invoices and issue credit notes when needed.
• Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Manage supplier payments and ensure orderly runs.
  • Accurately post invoices and maintain AP ledgers.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries swiftly.
  • Upload and validate large transactional datasets (think bulk vouchers).
  • Maintain data integrity and help shape smarter processes.
• General Finance Support
  • Process daily bank postings and assist with reconciliation.
  • Support month-end closing for AR and AP.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and financial tasks.

Qualifications

• You're early in your finance journey—but sharp, dependable, and excited to go deeper.
• Internships or hands-on exposure in finance, accounting, or admin are a bonus.
• Numbers & data don’t intimidate you—they energize you.
• You’re great with detail, comfortable handling big datasets, and all about accuracy.
• Fluent in Excel.
• Familiar ERP / AP systems (Microsoft Dynamics and Basware a plus!)
• You bring structure, proactivity, and a learning mindset.
• You collaborate well and communicate clearly.
