Junior Artist Manager, Influencer Manager

• Support the coordination of internal talent
• Support the search for new collaboration partners
• Prepare new proposals and process incoming inquiries
• Assist with contract and fee negotiations with vendors, service providers, and collaboration partners
• Support Artist Managers in developing concepts and content formats for talent
• Assist with the implementation of concepts and content formats
• Act as the liaison between talent and partners
• Plan talent bookings and ensure their well-being
• Identify and acquire new collaboration partners, as well as future formats and shows

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, for example at a digital, social media, or PR agency
• Strong interest in and keen understanding of the latest digital and consumer trends
• Confident use of all major social media networks and online communities
• Ideally, experience developing and/or implementing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• Highly creative and motivated
• Fluent German
• Written and spoken English skills
• Practical experience
• Strong interest in talent management
• Passion for organization and an open, approachable manner
