WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Junior Brand Concept Designer / PowerPoint Presentation Artist (f/m/d) you ensure high quality concepts and presentations and pro-actively drive the assigned marketing projects. Transforming facts, statements and content into strong and powerful concepts with outstanding layouts and intuitive PowerPoint designs is your daily routine. Furthermore, you ensure not only standard requirements of your partners, but also manifest creative designs for relevant projects which set standards for the image of our local and global clients.

• Create high-quality, creative, and visually compelling brand activation concepts and presentations that translate ideas into strong visual narratives.
• Transform existing content into well-structured, modern, and design-led PowerPoint presentations that enhance clarity, storytelling, and impact.
• Develop and maintain presentation templates, master slides, and design systems to ensure consistent and professional brand communication across all internal and external materials.
• Design, produce, and continuously update presentations for a wide range of internal and client-facing usage.
• Independently manage assigned tasks / project parts while ensuring transparent communication and alignment with the Director of Brand Concepts.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of communication design or graphic design
• Beginner Level: 1-2 years´ work experience in the field of design or conceptual planning or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent PowerPoint skills is a must
• Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) is an advantage
• Languages: German: native/excellent; English: very good
• Passionate about working in an international and fast-paced environment
• Managing time effectively and meet deadlines
