Key Responsibilities Of The Role

• Deliver best in class performance through professional, competitive and efficient buying processes, controls and systems.
• To obtain quality goods and services in both a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Sourcing suppliers and service providers.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and service providers.
• Arrange for the purchase and delivery of goods.
• Create purchase orders using SAP.
• Conduct bid analysis and make recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

Essential Criteria For The Role

• Experience in a similar role within an engineering or construction company.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work well as part of a team towards a common goal.
• Negotiating experience.

Desirable Criteria

• A third level qualification preferably in supply chain or other related discipline.
• Previous SAP experience.
• Knowledge of Tool and plant for construction an advantage.

• Erzielen Sie erstklassige Ergebnisse durch professionelle, wettbewerbsfähige und effiziente Einkaufsprozesse, Kontrollen und Systeme.
• Um qualitativ hochwertige Waren und Dienstleistungen sowohl kostengünstig als auch zeitnah zu erhalten.
• Beschaffung von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern.
• Verhandeln Sie Preise mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern.
• Den Kauf und die Lieferung der Waren veranlassen.
• Erstellen Sie Bestellungen mit SAP.
• Führen Sie Angebotsanalysen durch und geben Sie Empfehlungen ab.
• Erledigung weiterer Aufgaben nach Anweisung des Vorgesetzten.

Wesentliche Kriterien Für Die Stelle

• Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in einem Ingenieur- oder Bauunternehmen.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.
• Gut im Team auf ein gemeinsames Ziel hinarbeiten.
• Verhandlungserfahrung.

Wünschenswerte Kriterien

• Ein Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise im Bereich Supply Chain Management oder einer verwandten Disziplin.
• Vorkenntnisse im SAP-Bereich.
• Kenntnisse über Werkzeuge und Baumaschinen sind von Vorteil.
