Junior Client Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support in the development and implementation of customer retention and digitalization strategies, including independently taking on subprojects.
• Actively design and implement innovative solutions to increase customer retention and digitalize business processes.
• Collaborate with the team on the conception and delivery of digital content.
• Analyze and report project outcomes, deriving actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the analysis of market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and further develop existing client projects.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, digital media, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; curious and motivated to learn new topics and expand your skill set.
• Basic IT knowledge and a general understanding of the technical implementation of digital projects are desirable.
