Junior Client Partner, Agency Sales

• You identify and acquire new agency and direct clients in the German market.
• You build relationships with clients and grow existing accounts.
• You advise clients on our products and develop tailored campaign solutions.
• You manage the sales process from first contact through proposals to closing.
• You work closely with our Campaign Delivery team to ensure successful campaign execution.
• You keep an eye on the market and contribute ideas on how we can better support clients.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience, ideally in media or AdTech sales, or relevant experience within a media agency.
• Ideally experience working with agencies or direct clients.
• Understanding of digital ad formats such as display, video, CTV and rich media, as well as relevant campaign KPIs.
• Enjoyment of acquiring new clients and building long‑term relationships.
• Structured working style, initiative, and confident client‑facing presence.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
