For our international Sales team, based in Munich, we are looking for an ambitious Junior Corporate & Promotional Sales Manager (all genders welcome) with a strong hunter and builder mindset to take ownership of this opportunity.

This is not about managing a finished sales channel or following an existing playbook. You will sell, test, learn and build by finding new customers and partners, trying different routes to market and creating the foundations for what could become a much bigger business for Vice Golf. Your Fairway

Grow Corporate & Promotional business by actively finding and winning new customers and partners.

• Hunter mindset: get into the market, open doors, make calls, meet customers, turn opportunities into sales.
• Test and learn: try different customer groups, offers, products and selling methods; learn quickly from what works and what doesn't.
• Think channel agnostically: use whichever route works best: Direct, D2C, Retail Sales network or promotional industry partners.
• Help D2C grow Corporate Sales using our customization platform, turning new ideas, leads and market learnings into business.
• Leverage our Retail Sales network: Regional Sales Managers, agents, distributors, to find opportunities in their markets.
• Build relationships in the Promotional Products industry, including distributors, agencies and networks like PPAI, ASI and SAGE.
• Develop creative Vice solutions for companies, events and partners: customized golf balls, clubs, accessories, bundles, new ideas.
• Build a reliable network of customization and production partners, especially in the US, to expand beyond internal capabilities (bags, caps, towels, other promotional products).
• Take opportunities from first contact to order, and stay close to customers to build repeat business.
• Work hands-on with D2C, Retail Sales, Marketing, Product, Design and Operations to make things happen.
• Help build a fast, reliable end-to-end setup for Promotional Sales: easy ordering, shorter lead times, working with Operations/warehouse to keep key products available, flexible printing capacity for short-notice orders, and repeatable processes as the business grows.
• Use AI, CRM and digital tools to find leads, understand the market, work smarter.

• Promotional industry knowledge is a strong plus : its own industry with specific customers, distributors, platforms and ways of working. Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise or corporate gifting, ideally with PPAI, ASI or SAGE familiarity, helps you hit the ground running.
• Channel agnostic : you care about growing Vice, not which internal channel gets the order.
• Connector: you use the knowledge and networks already available across D2C, Retail Sales and the wider Vice team.
• Tech curious: you naturally use AI, CRM and digital tools to work faster and smarter.
• Experience and potential: ideally one to three years of relevant experience, but mindset, hunger and potential matter more.
• Languages: fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel: happy to meet customers and partners, attend industry events and trade shows.
