Ideal for graduates or junior professionals who want to work analytically and have an interest in FinTech, data, and credit processes. The Berlin office is currently being built, so you will join a team that is in its early formation. You will work at the intersection of Operations, data, and Credit Decisions, gaining direct insight into how financing decisions are prepared in a fast-growing FinTech. As the First Line of Defence in our Customer Journey, you will play a central role: ensuring that financing applications are accurate, complete, and ready for the final decision.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate financing applications at high volume
• Analyze revenue patterns, ownership structures, and business activities
• Ensure that all applications meet minimum requirements and internal credit guidelines
• Prepare structured and complete cases for the Credit Decisions Team
• Analyze German bank statements and large volumes of transaction data
• Identify relevant payment flows and business activities
• Precisely capture and structure financial data
• Understand how credit decisions are prepared in a FinTech environment
• Analyze financial data and business models
• Work with large datasets and structured processes
• Collaborate between Operations, Risk, and Credit teams
• Work in a data-driven, fast-paced environment

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Confident use of Excel
• Structured and meticulous work style
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and possess German proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Initial experience in KYC/KYB, quality assurance, or transaction monitoring
• Experience in SME financing in Germany, ideally with cash advances
