Junior Customer Service Analyst – Fiscal Writing

Responsibilities

• Assist clients via chat, clarifying doubts and supporting the use of Contmatic's system
• Identify and resolve requests related to fiscal writing routines
• Log support interactions in the support platform
• Work with a focus on delivering the best customer experience, ensuring quality, speed, and resolution in support interactions
• Monitor area metrics and contribute to achieving team goals
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve requests
• Participate in training and stay updated on Contmatic's products and features

Requirements

• Knowledge of fiscal accounting routines
• Basic knowledge of tax legislation, invoicing, tax calculation, and tax reporting obligations
• Experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Experience providing support at accounting software companies or accounting firms is a plus
• Experience with the Zendesk platform is a plus
• Certifications in customer service, communication, or related fields are a plus
