Junior Customer Success Manager, EMEA (f/m/x)

What are the main performance objectives in this role?

As we continue to scale our activities in the EMEA market, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Berlin . This role focuses on building our portfolio in the region by up-selling and cross-selling our solutions to our portfolio advertisers.

  • Client management:
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success while addressing their unique needs in the region.
    • Manage day-to-day client interactions, providing excellent customer service tailored to the cultural nuances of EMEA.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate challenges related to attribution, OEM advertising, and other industry-specific areas.
  • Brand awareness:
    • Increase the visibility and recognition of AVOW in the region.
    • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent and promote AVOW's brand.
    • Develop and execute local marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to boost brand awareness.
  • Technical expertise:
    • Leverage technical knowledge to support clients and manage responsibilities independently, ensuring seamless operations despite time zone differences with the rest of the team.
    • Take ownership of client projects and initiatives, working autonomously to deliver results in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate effectively with the Sales team and other internal departments, ensuring alignment and consistency in client communications and strategies.

What are the strengths, transferable skills, and behaviors that drive success in this role?

  • Industry expertise: Strong background in mobile marketing platforms (MMPs), with knowledge of attribution models and OEM advertising strategies and approximately 3 years of experience in the industry.
  • Technical and language acumen: Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical aspects of digital advertising, providing valuable insights and solutions to clients, fluency in English (Russian would be a plus).
  • Dependability and proactiveness: Reliable and responsible, able to manage tasks and client interactions with minimal supervision, demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs and market opportunities.
  • Brand advocacy: Passionate about representing and promoting the AVOW brand, actively contributing to its growth and presence in the region.
