We're a 50+ person team that's fast-paced by nature, but the kind of place where people actually look out for each other. Following our successful Series A, we're investing in expanding our team – and Customer Success is next: over the past months, Lars built the function from scratch, and now we're adding a junior and a regular CS to turn it into a real team.

Your mission

• Keep the operational backbone running – ticketing, HubSpot, and our data room (Dock), clean and up to date.
• Take customer questions and route them internally – the "travel agent" who gets every request to the right people fast.
• Support onboarding – ensure a smooth handover from Sales and give new customers a clear picture of what happens next.
• Prep and grow into running QBRs – pull the data together with Data Science and show customers how their asset is performing.
• Work hand in hand with Sales and Ops – the glue that keeps everyone coordinated.
• Shape a function that's still taking form – spot what's unclear, sharpen processes, bring your own ideas.
• Junior starts behind the scenes – you support the team first, then grow into your own book: customers, QBRs, and KPIs (net retention, customer satisfaction).

Your profile

We're filling two seats — one junior, one regular. The main difference is how much you already bring:

• Junior: early in your career — we care most about how you work (organized, curious, reliable) and your drive to grow into the customer and technical side.
• Regular: you've worked with customers before and can own accounts, run QBRs, and read technical data confidently from early on.

Either way, what counts:

• You can read the numbers and make them make sense – you understand a performance dashboard and explain it to a customer in plain language.
• Calm, warm, and real – our customers are engineers and asset operators; they trust substance, not a sales show.
• Organized and reliable – you keep track of what's open and don't let things slip.
• Up for building, not just running – you see an unfinished CS function as a plus, not a problem.
• A genuine team player – you pull the same rope with Sales and Ops.
• German at C1 or native level, plus solid English (B2) – most customer communication runs in German; English is our internal working language.
• Energy background? A plus, not a requirement – excitement for the industry and a fast ramp-up matter more.
