We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist focused on domains, contracts, and SSL certificates. You will learn step by step to support customers with important questions and processes in a structured environment.

Your responsibilities:

Handling customer inquiries related to domains and domain transfers
Supporting customers with contract changes, cancellations, and administrative processes
Assisting in the management of SSL certificates
Communicating with international customers in both German and English
