(Junior) E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

We are an internationally active, rapidly growing e-commerce company in the healthcare sector, headquartered in Bochum. We sell our products through several online sales channels – including our own webshop as well as various national and international marketplaces.To further scale our digital business, we are looking for a motivated and performance-oriented (Junior) E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) who will help shape the strategic development of our marketplaces and take responsibility for sustainable growth.

Developing and implementing measures for the sustainable scaling of our marketplace business (assortment expansion, visibility strategies, evaluation of new platforms and internationalization opportunities).

Responsibility for the long-term performance and strategic positioning of our marketplace channels with a focus on profitable growth.

Analyze relevant KPIs such as revenue, margin, conversion rate, and visibility to identify strategic growth drivers.

Derivation and implementation of data-driven measures in the areas of pricing, promotion, and assortment optimization.

Strategic further development of our own webshop in coordination with the marketplace strategy.

Ensuring correct documentation of goods receipts and system bookings.

Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics, marketing, and customer service to align commercial strategy and operational implementation.

Creation of performance reports and strategic recommendations for the management.

Your profile

Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification

Analytical thinking and a strong performance orientation

Structured, independent and entrepreneurial way of working

Structured, meticulous, and reliable work ethic

Confident use of MS Office

Proficiency in MS Office
