Junior Financial Controller m/f/d

As Financial Controller, you partner with leadership to steer performance through data-driven analyses and forward-looking recommendations. You’ll support and challenge business lines to align with corporate objectives, driving value across the organization. You lead complex projects, optimize controlling processes, and own planning and reporting cycles to transform data into actionable insights. • Act as a strategic partner shaping financial steering and performance management
• Deliver high-quality analyses and forward-looking recommendations to senior leadership
• Support and challenge business lines to align with corporate objectives
• Lead complex projects and initiatives to improve transparency, accountability, and value creation
• Spearhead optimization and stabilization of controlling processes and data integrity
• Own planning and reporting cycles and translate data into actionable insights
• Contribute to significant P&L month-end closing and develop complex financial models

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration with excellent grades
• 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in project and/or business controlling
• Strong analytical thinker with excellent numerical skills
• Very high-level Excel skills
• Proven track record of turning complex data into practical insights
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Team player with ability to collaborate across stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English
