Junior Growth Manager – Marketing, AI Solutions

Managing and developing our social media channels (with a focus on LinkedIn)
Creating content such as posts, newsletters, and campaigns
Supporting the planning and execution of trade shows and events
Maintaining and following up on leads in the CRM
Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of sales activities
Researching and contacting potential new customers

Requirements

Successfully completed degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Studies, Media Management, Business Psychology or a comparable program
Initial practical experience in marketing or sales, for example through internships, working student positions, or personal projects
Enthusiasm for digital topics, artificial intelligence and new technologies
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and a good command of expression
Self-initiative, creativity and willingness to take responsibility
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in approaching people
Structured and independent working style
Confident use of common Office applications, initial experience with social media platforms and ideally CRM systems
Willingness to occasionally attend trade shows and events
Initial experience with LinkedIn, newsletter marketing or content creation is an advantage
Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or other generative AI applications
Interest in B2B marketing and in technologies that require explanation
