We are looking for a proactive and organised Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team in Wiesbaden. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with early career experience who enjoys delivering high-quality employee support and wants to develop their career within a global technology organisation.

Working closely with employees, managers and the wider HR team, you will support the full employee lifecycle while helping ensure an outstanding employee experience through accurate administration, responsive service and continuous improvement of HR processes. This is a fully office-based role and requires attendance in our Wiesbaden office five days per week.

About the Role

As Junior HR Generalist, you will provide day-to-day HR operational and administrative support across a broad range of activities. You will play a key role in maintaining HR systems, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating employee lifecycle processes and ensuring HR documentation is managed accurately and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to departure.
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and employee master data within HR systems.
• Manage employee benefit administration, including programmes such as Job Bike and gym memberships.
• Support training, learning and employee development activities.
• Coordinate compliance-related employee mobility matters.
• Assist with onboarding, internal transfers and offboarding processes.
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate administration and coordination.
• Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and projects.
• Serve as a first point of contact for HR administrative queries.
• Track and support compliance related to working time and attendance management.
• Produce HR reports, data analysis and management information.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the accuracy of employee information at all times.

About You

You are a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys supporting people and delivering excellent service. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, have strong organisational skills and can be trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, HR qualification, degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Human Resources, HR Administrator or HR Generalist role.
• Good understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of employment law principles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience using HR systems is advantageous.
• Business fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports, analyses and employee-related documentation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work on-site in Wiesbaden five days per week.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience working within an international organisation.
• Exposure to HR project work and policy development.
• Knowledge of employee mobility or workplace compliance processes.
