Junior HR Manager

Join Userlane as part of the People Experience team to ensure a smooth, well-supported employee journey from onboarding through development and beyond. You will help to create a welcoming Munich office and make HR approachable for all employees. This role emphasizes structured, detail-oriented work that supports a high-performing culture. You will bring fresh ideas on how AI can streamline HR processes and contribute to a meaningful people strategy. • Oversee onboarding, contract administration and offboarding to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Grow into the full HR generalist scope and expand topics as experience builds
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, fostering approachability
• Maintain the Munich office environment to be well-organised and welcoming
• Plan and run team and company events, from casual gatherings to larger celebrations
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve HR processes and efficiency

• Bachelor degree completed or in progress
• Some HR experience (internship, working student, or similar)
• Detail-oriented, structured mindset with focus on small tasks
• Genuine interest in the full spectrum of HR and willingness to grow
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with a bias for action
• Curiosity about AI applications in HR
• Reliable team player comfortable in an in-office environment
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
