Junior Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)

As a career starter, you will support our team in the commercial management of a dedicated customer portfolio – from order and sales processing to after-sales service, you will be the first point of contact for our customers
With your organizational talent, you ensure that our products are delivered at the right time, in the right quantity, and to the right place – always considering and reviewing all relevant legal requirements (e.g. REACH, customs permits)
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders and learn how to develop individual solutions for different requirements
In addition, you will support the handling of complaints and product returns as well as the structured collection and documentation of market information
Last but not least, you will independently, carefully, and conscientiously maintain data in our key systems (SAP, Salesforce)

A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship/training, for example in industry, freight forwarding, or wholesale and foreign trade
Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in sales, purchasing, or customer service – for example during your training or through internships
You are confident using MS Office; initial experience with SAP or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus, but not mandatory
You are a strong communicator and feel confident communicating in English as well (minimum B2 level) to handle occasional international correspondence
