Junior IT Buyer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior IT Buyer to join our Procurement team and support the purchasing of IT hardware, software, and services. This position is designed for candidates at the beginning of their professional career who bring a structured working style, a collaborative mindset, and the motivation to develop hands‑on expertise in IT procurement.

What You Will Do

Processing purchase orders, liaising with vendors, supporting the maintenance of the supplier database, and collaborating with IT, Finance, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• A structured, reliable, proactive and detail-oriented way of working.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and the purchase-to-pay (P2P) cycle.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, basic functions like SUMIF and XLOOKUP).
• Experience with or exposure to an ERP or procurement system (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar) is an advantage.
