Junior IT GRC Specialist

Overview

• Design and optimize key Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes to ensure that legal and internal requirements are implemented efficiently.
• Accompany audits from start to finish and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate GRC activities in an international environment and continuously develop our systems and standards.
• Provide analyses and reports that deliver valuable decision-making information for management.

Requirements

• Education and experience: A completed bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. Ideally, practical experience in the GRC area and the ability to apply knowledge in day-to-day work.
• Tools: Proven experience with GRC processes and corresponding tools, with the ability to integrate them into existing structures and use them effectively.
• Frameworks: Solid knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIS2, or DORA, and the ability to apply these requirements in practice.
• Skills: Analytic thinking, quick recognition of connections, and solution-oriented approaches — even for complex issues.
• Languages: Strong German and English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and international teams and partners.
