Junior IT Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for employees at all locations for all IT-related matters.
• Support for the introduction of new IT technologies, participation in projects, and assistance with rollouts.
• Handling incidents, change requests, and service requests via email, ticketing system, phone and on-site.
• Support for employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Analysis and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science or vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience as a system administrator or helpdesk agent.
• Confident working knowledge of the Microsoft environment.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Experience with mobile device management solutions such as Microsoft Intune is an advantage.
• Independent working style, strong communication skills, and a pronounced service orientation.
