Become part of our Hamburg team as Junior Joint Venture Manager (all genders).

  • Support the JV Manager and Asset Manager during the construction and operational phase of one of Germany’s next large-scale offshore wind projects.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with lenders, advisors and additional internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help ensure a transparent and structured information flow by maintaining Q&A logs, action trackers and governance-related documentation.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, decision papers, pre-read materials and stakeholder presentations in close collaboration with senior colleagues.
  • Support governance processes related to shareholder agreements, financing agreements, board meetings, steering committees and lender approvals.
  • Draft meeting minutes, track follow-up actions and support the timely implementation of agreed next steps.
  • Monitor reporting timelines, obligations and covenant-related requirements and support the escalation of potential deviations.
  • Maintain governance documentation, approval trackers and filing structures in line with compliance and audit requirements.
  • Support lender reporting and covenant monitoring through consolidation of project inputs and review of financial model outputs.
  • Coordinate operational and commercial updates across project stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of a contract management tool, including data migration, template management and documentation processes.
  • Maintain and update trackers for consents, notices, reporting deadlines and contractual deliverables.
  • Support annual budgeting processes by consolidating project inputs, coordinating timelines and documenting key assumptions.
  • Prepare KPI overviews and reporting materials for shareholders and lenders.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Law or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience within renewables, infrastructure, project finance, consulting, banking, project management or a comparable analytical environment.
  • Initial exposure to stakeholder coordination, governance structures, contract management or project/asset management processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with a structured, detail-oriented and proactive working style.
  • Ability to manage multiple topics and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic project environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative and stakeholder-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in offshore wind, infrastructure projects and complex commercial environments.
  • Basic understanding of financing structures, reporting processes or contractual obligations is considered beneficial.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and financial/project-related data.
  • Professional fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.
