Junior Legal Counsel – Focus on Contract Law

Stellenbeschreibung:

Support the Deputy General Counsel on contract law and related matters concerning the day-to-day business
Independently review, draft, and negotiate national and international agreements, particularly procurement, sales, services, cooperation, confidentiality, and IT agreements
Continuously develop contract templates, model clauses, and internal standards
Support contract negotiations with business partners and the legal assessment of new business models and projects
Conduct legal research and present legal matters clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders
Advise on selected company-wide projects from a contract law perspective
Report directly to the Deputy General Counsel and work closely with the Legal & Compliance team and business functions

Requirements

Successfully completed the first or second German State Examination in Law
Initial relevant professional experience (approximately 2-3 years) at a law firm or in a legal department
Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely as part of a team
Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders and a professional presence
Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
Business-fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
Experience with legal tech or contract management systems is an advantage but not required
