Junior Management Consultant – all genders

Stellenbeschreibung:

Contribute to challenging transformation and innovation projects in the energy and industrial sectors, from analysis through implementation on-site with clients
Take ownership of work packages, such as market, data, and process analyses, business cases, and the preparation of decision papers and workshops
Apply your technical understanding at the intersection of technology, AI, and business models
Evaluate and implement AI use cases
Work directly with experienced project managers and the founders
Take on client responsibility at an early stage
Actively help shape and jointly build the company, brand, partner network, and team

Requirements

Outstanding university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a technical background, such as industrial engineering, energy economics/engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, (business) computer science, or natural sciences
Initial professional experience through internships or working student positions, ideally in consulting or the energy industry
Structured, solution-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
Confident and critically reflective approach to working with AI models
Curiosity about the technical foundations, limitations, and meaningful applications of AI models
Team player with empathy
Enthusiasm for and interest in innovation and consulting
Excellent German language skills (C2)
Very good English language skills (C1)
Willingness to travel regularly to client meetings throughout Germany

Core Competencies

Demonstrates a strong technical background in engineering or computer science, with the ability to evaluate and implement AI use cases in the energy and industrial sectors. Possesses excellent language skills in German and English, along with a structured, solution-oriented approach to project work.
