Junior Marketing Manager – Product Manager

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (email, performance marketing, telesales, etc.) for assigned HR content products


• Develop creative marketing approaches and campaign ideas to acquire new customers


• Coordinate freelance authors, speakers, graphic designers, and subject-matter experts to create high-quality content


• Analyze product and campaign performance using modern reporting tools


• Identify new topics, trends, and product ideas in close collaboration with customers and the market


• Develop and market proprietary content products in the B2B professional media sector at mediaforwork/VNR Group

Requirements

• Completed degree, for example in marketing, media, business, communications, or business administration


• Ideally, initial practical experience in marketing, product management, or a B2B environment, for example through internships or working-student positions


• Strong organizational skills


• Excellent communication skills


• Enjoyment of working independently and taking ownership


• Analytical mindset


• Willingness or interest to work in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
