(Junior) Master Data Expert (f/m/d)

In this role, you will:

• Design, document and continuously improve global master data processes, including governance, quality control, and country compliance
• Drive the automation of manual master data processes and introduce standardized templates and tools, especially including the development and maintenance of workflow automations (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint solutions)
• Support international rollout projects onboarding countries to standardized MD solutions incl. e.g. conducting as‑is process assessments, defining to‑be processes, and adapting templates and automation logic for local requirements
• Maintain and enhance fully outsourced master data processes
• Provide functional support for master data tools and processes
• Act as a point of contact for country master data teams, supporting ad‑hoc questions and ensuring operational continuity

Our perfect match:

• You have a degree in an analytical discipline and preferable first experience with master data management
• You possess strong process design, documentation and data modelling skills
• You have practical experience with automation tools, especially Power Automate and Sharepoint
• You have experience working in projects and global rollout environments
• You have strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Teams – ideally also experience with SQL, Python and VBA
• You have project management experience and are familiar with continuous improvement approaches e.g. lean, six sigma etc.
• You can navigate complexity, work independently, and collaborate with many stakeholders across countries
• You bring a structured, reliable and detail‑oriented working style, and the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive improvements
