About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Online Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Social and Display campaigns, helping drive customer acquisition and business growth. You will work closely with experienced team members and external partners, gaining hands-on experience across platforms such as Meta, Criteo, RTB House, Google and other advertising vendors.

What You Will Do

• Support the planning, execution and optimization of Paid Social and Display campaigns
• Assist with campaign setup, monitoring and daily performance analysis
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams including Brand, Content and Analytics to support campaign execution
• Support creative, audience and placement testing to improve campaign performance
• Help monitor budgets, campaign pacing and performance against KPIs
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends, platform updates and new advertising opportunities
• Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of experience in Paid Social, Display Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field (internships or working student experience are also valued)
• Strong analytical mindset with good Excel/ Google Sheets skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Passion for digital marketing and an interest in performance-driven advertising
• Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and e-commerce
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative and develop new skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Criteo, Google Ads or similar advertising platforms
• Basic understanding of campaign tracking, attribution or audience targeting
• Familiarity with product feeds, Merchant Centers or e-commerce marketing
• Previous experience in fashion, luxury or e-commerce
