(Junior) Performance Marketing Manager (all genders)

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Holidu, you will own large-scale search advertising across European markets, focusing on value-based bidding and scalable account structures. You’ll challenge existing paid search approaches, and co-build internal marketing apps with Claude and GitHub to accelerate marketing decisions. You’ll manage end-to-end performance, run high-impact A/B tests, and help shape AI-enabled workflows for ads. • Own large-scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple European markets with structured setups
• Develop and iterate value-based bidding and scalable processes
• Challenge and refine bidding logic, structures, and decision-making approaches
• Co-build internal marketing apps with Claude and GitHub to enable marketing automation
• Own numbers end-to-end, run high-impact A/B tests over large budgets, translate results into playbooks
• Pilot AI-driven advertising initiatives (AI Max) and anomaly detection workflows

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads (Microsoft Ads a plus)
• strong quantitative mindset with attention to detail
• comfort with SQL or a data language (plus)
• ownership of business results and data-driven decision making
• curiosity about AI in marketing (experience with AI tools a plus)
• fluent English; other languages a plus
