Junior Portfolio Manager (d/f/m)

You will support Entrix’s BESS portfolio in Munich, building strong client relationships and delivering value through insight and collaboration. The role focuses on aligning customer priorities with portfolio strategy, communicating market opportunities, and driving growth through professional, cross-functional teamwork. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced energy trading environment with a clear path to impact across customer success and portfolio optimization. • Create a differentiated customer experience to boost satisfaction

• Demonstrate ongoing value of Entrix to customers and advance toward the company vision
• Keep clients informed about market changes and strategic opportunities
• Oversee communication between Entrix and a defined customer set for professionalism
• Be the first point of contact for special requests and strategic queries on BESS assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to professionalize and improve Portfolio Management
• Support preparation of key customer touchpoints and process improvements

• A degree or equivalent in Business, Economics or Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving, ownership mindset, and proactivity
• High willingness to rapidly learn energy asset performance metrics, grid regulations, and trading frameworks
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Proficiency with data in Excel; Python/SQL is a plus
• Willingness to travel to client sites and events
• Fluency in German and English (C1+)
