They are now looking for a (Junior) Product Manager – Digital Customer Experience to join their on-site team in Frankfurt .

Your tasks include:

• You will continuously develop ourdigital customer processes and tools (e.g. CRM systems, back officesolutions or our chatbot) – with a focus on automation, user-friendlinessand efficiency
• You will identify potential forthe use of AI and develop innovative use cases together with ourspecialist departments – from ChatGPT applications to process optimization
• You will support theimplementation of new features and products – from requirements definitionto coordination with IT and stakeholders to go-live
• You analyze relevant data, deriveconcrete recommendations for action, and implement targeted measures withperformance tracking via dashboards and reports
• You will actively participate inthe development and prioritization of the team roadmap and work closelywith all relevant departments

Requirements

• You have successfully completed auniversity degree with a focus on business administration and/or ITtechnology (e.g. business administration, business informatics, economics)
• You have already gained practicalexperience in product management or in the digital environment
• You work analytically andstructured, approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner andimplement tasks decisively
• You have a strong hands-onmentality and enjoy agile teamwork and collaboration with differentdepartments
• You have fluent written andspoken German skills and can also communicate very well in English
