  • Contributing to the development of new product proposals: Actively help shape the future of our products by contributing your perspective to the development and evaluation of new product ideas.
  • Implementing operational measures in assortment management: Support the implementation and maintenance of our product portfolio and assist with operational questions in day-to-day business.
  • Conducting sales, market and competitive analyses: Analyze market, sales and competitive data and prepare the results in a structured way to support well-founded decisions.
  • Working with project teams and external service providers: Work closely with internal project teams and coordinate with external partners and service providers.
  • Preparing presentations and decision documents: Create presentations, reports and decision documents for internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting new product and special projects: Support new product developments and special projects, including independently, and assist product management throughout the entire life cycle.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed degree in business administration, for example with a focus on marketing, product management or international business, or you have a comparable qualification.
  • You bring initial practical experience in product management for durable consumer goods, ideally from a branded goods environment.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with figures, markets and products.
  • You think in a structured way, work carefully and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks.
  • You work in a team-oriented manner, are open, communicative and bring a healthy level of assertiveness.
  • You have the ability to inspire people across different levels for projects and products.
  • You have very good English skills.
  • You have good MS Office skills.
