Junior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Run product experiments to optimize user experience and drive product growth.
• Dive into user behavior data to uncover insights and help find ways to improve key metrics.
• Support the product team in prioritizing, brainstorming, and testing growth ideas.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
• Learn how data-driven product decisions are made and gradually take ownership of your own product areas.

Requirements

• 1+ years of commercial experience in marketing, product analytics, or project management.
• A basic understanding of product/marketing analytics and comfort working with numbers.
• High curiosity, a strong proactive drive, and a readiness to experiment and learn from mistakes (we value data over assumptions!).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
