To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a Junior Project Leader (f-m-d) Engineering - Milwaukee®Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop NPD projects in EMEA in accordance with our development process on all technical aspects for design and developmentCoordinate technical aspects in the NPD Project for Professional Products EMEA or ROW drivenCheck NPQ/PEAC/CTQs and coordinate results between Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Reliability and After Sales and prepare for EMEA sign-off to provide a technical specification meeting to the customer expectationParticipate in the 2D/3D design reviews with Product Management and EngineeringWork closely with external partners and vendors within the New Development ProjectCoordinate the Sample Inspection Report with Product Management (EMEA), Engineering and Quality teams (PRC) to support the pilot run approval and the subsequent release for mass productionDetermine with team on temporary deviation and releasesMake technical file available for TTI EMEA on product level and check integrity of the technical fileAssess and sign off temporary deviation for engineering if necessary, during mass productionRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education, preferably in mechanical or engineering or a related fieldIdeally experience in project management and product developmentGood understanding of technical processes in engineering like product development, technical documentationIdeally experienced in Personal Protective Equipment or Power Tools businessExcellent command of German and English, both written and spoken, another European language is of advantageExtensive experience with MS Office applicationKnowledge in CAD systemWillingness to travel according to business need (20% approx.)Your perks:An interesting position with an attractive company – recognized as a "top employer” by kununuCompany pension schemeFree parking spaces directly next to the office and good public transport connectionsFresh fruit, water and hot beverages for freeCompany fitness via "EGYM Wellpass"EAP (mental support for employees)Learning platforms such as "GoodHabitz" and "Learn TTI" for your professional developmentSpecial employee benefits via "Family & Friends" and additional corporate benefitsAre you interested?If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you will enjoy your career with us!
