Your QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of a Master's or Bachelor's degree or diploma program in engineering, facade technology, building construction or equivalent or training as a technician or master craftsman in metal construction
• Constructive experience in the field of facades or building envelopes in general
• Ability to work under pressure, organizational talent and flexibility
• Knowledge of English
• Independent and autonomous team leading
• Initiative and strong teamwork and communication skills

YOUR TASKS

• Cooperation with project management for major German and international projects or project management for small and medium-sized projects
• Management of project teams
• Coordination between customer, construction site and company
• Project costing and ongoing cost controlling
• Sales and offer planning
• Responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality

As a junior project manager you will be responsible for the design, planning, implementation & execution of facade services between € 2.5 and 7.5 million or support the senior project management in the implementation of major projects. You travel at home and abroad and are in direct communication with our customers and specialist departments. You will contribute to the project success of the company at the highest level in the project team. You will be able to discuss new ideas directly with the management and the department heads and introduce them into the operative processes. Flat hierarchies create additional advantages for you in the project execution and strengthen a unique cohesion in the daily cooperation.
