Junior Project Manager, Live & Virtual Communication

Responsibilities

• Support in the conception, planning, and execution of a wide range of corporate and public-facing events
• Research venues, suppliers, catering options, and other service providers
• Review proposals and conduct negotiations in consultation with an experienced senior consultant
• Assist with shoot and recording planning for videos, audio formats, and live streams
• Ensure smooth event execution and an unforgettable experience for all attendees

Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in communications or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience on the agency or client side with live and virtual projects
• Interest in copy/concept development and/or video production is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, curiosity, and openness
• Enthusiasm for continuous personal and professional development
