Junior Project Manager – POS experience, retail background a plus

Responsibilities

Take operational responsibility for projects in the brand and point-of-sale (POS) environment — from accepting the brief through to implementation.

Coordinate timelines, resources and internal alignment, ensuring projects run reliably and to a high standard.

Serve as a dependable point of contact for clients in day-to-day business — direct, committed and solution-oriented.

Work closely with the creative team and contribute ideas on how to become even better and more efficient.

Use AI-powered tools to support planning and processes — and continuously develop your skills.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in an agency environment — ideally with exposure to POS, retail or brand communications.
• Solid understanding of project management; keeping costs, quality and deadlines under control.
• Structured work style, maintaining an overview even across multiple simultaneous projects and setting clear priorities.
• Clear and reliable communication with clients, creatives and stakeholders.
• Responsible, proactive, independent driver of topics.
• Good command of English.
