The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) to help manage and support client projects from initiation to delivery. Reporting directly to the VP of Services, EMEA, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. This is a perfect role for an early‑career professional looking for hands‑on mentorship, high levels of responsibility, and a clear path toward senior project leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and assist in service projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets our rigorous quality standards.
• Act as a proactive point of contact, keeping German‑speaking and international clients informed on critical project developments.
• Participate in project setup meetings and provide feedback to the Sales team to optimize future project performance.
• Identify potential bottlenecks early and work collaboratively with senior team members to find innovative solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the insights industry, sample management, and automated research trends to better serve our customers.

Your Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in project management in various industries (ideally within SaaS, Digital Agencies, Logistics, or Professional Services).
• Native or professional‑level fluency in German and English is mandatory.
• Quick to learn new technology platforms and tools to drive project efficiency.
• Proactive, curious, and analytical. You don’t just report problems; you bring potential solutions to the table.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities without losing focus on the details.
