Your tasks include:

• Working on exciting topics related to our travel comparison - from comparison results to booking routes to self‑services in our customer area after booking. You will work closely with our front‑end teams and external partners
• The new development of backend applications and maintenance of our overall architecture
• The implementation of innovative features in close collaboration with product management
• The expansion of our automated release process (continuous integration) and quality assurance (unit testing)
• The optimization and scaling of our system with regard to a service‑oriented architecture

Requirements

• Successfully completed IT degree (computer science, media informatics, business informatics, etc.) or training as an IT specialist (m/f/d)
• Initial knowledge of object‑oriented programming with PHP and at least one relational database (e.g. MySQL) is an advantage
• Strong quality awareness, hands‑on mentality, very good communication skills and the ability to work in a team as well as a high level of motivation
• Fluent German skills and good English skills round off your profile
